Yeah, I wouldn't bet on that, there defense is awful and was particularly bad tonight, the Kings just didn't take advantage.

I don't care about the "system" crap as much as the lack of emotion. How about you get pissed for once Terry? Losing like this should not be considered acceptable. I wish someone would ****ing yell and scream and hate losing, for once. Would be a nice change. Geez that was frustrating.

How many times will we hear the phase "shot mentality" during Murrays presser?

The Kings have scored three or more goals only eight times this season. That lack if production isn't going to win you too many hockey games.

I'll go with 3.

3, also, for how many goals we seemingly can't attain ever.

Kopitar dictates how Kopitar plays. He was in sloth mode before Richards got hurt anyways. It's just continuing.
I agree. This guy is like the black hole on the PP now. He gets the puck and holds it for 4 or 5 seconds. Bench his ass for a PP or two, maybe he will get the message.

Murray seems so laid back in that interview. Right there, that's a big part of the problem. Where is the emotion? When he brings that back to the locker room, it shows the team that it's no big deal to lose these types of games.

Ahh, that familiar numb feeling.

I guess we could wait to sink to the bottom of the standings before making a change.

So depressing.

Exactly. The Kings can have the top defense and top goals against average in the league, but when you still lose 2-1 or 3-2 it doesn't mean jack squat. A 3-2 loss is still a loss because you're still incapable of generating any offense.

Kings are on pace for 91 points and 185 goals for. Keep in mind they had 98 points and 209 goals for last season, and 101 points and 231 goals for the season before that. Wasn't this team supposed to get better, not worse?

Is it ever a coaching issue with you? We have, on paper, arguably a better team than we have had in ages, yet our record continues to get worse and worse. If you count OTL/SO losses as losses, we are 13-14 now. We aren't even a winning team, and really, outside of these new injuries to Richards and Mitchell, and a sevn game injury to Doughty, our core players have been almost completely healthy all year. We are deadlast in the league in goals and I can't even remember when we scored three goals in a game. I think we've only scored three in a game four times in 27 games. Murray has to shoulder some of that. Tonight we don't even realize we are playing a hockey game until it's already half over. That's his issue just as much as it is the players.

Are you his kid or something? It's not all his fault by any stretch, but your refusal to even pin an inch of responsiblity on the coaching staff is naseating.

I'm tired of them saying that. **** doesn't work like that.
They've been saying that for 3 years now. "If we play like that for 60 minutes we win games.". Yeah, no ****! Quit saying it & do it.

It's time for TM to go. No question.

I'm tired of watching Hunter and Moreau out there against fast teams.

I'm tired of the lack of effort this team puts forth.

I'm tired of the close games with teams we should be beating handily.

This team needs a coach to let them know that loafing around is unacceptable. TM does not do this.

TM is getting tuned out, and it's time for Lombardi to pick up the remote and change the station. If TM stays this team misses the playoffs.

Haven't you heard? Murray doesn't need to motivate his team; they're professionals.

Maybe they shouldn't advertise during the offseason.

Exactly. Do they EVER carry over the effort into the next game? Uh, no. I have no idea why they keep saying that. It's a complete joke.

At this point, I'm done blaming Murray. This is on Lombardi. Make a trade, make a coaching change, but please do something! The effort inconsistency and the lack of scoring is a trend that is beyond Murray at this point. It's time to sack-up Dean!

Hunter and Moreau are going to play whether TM is the coach or not. Replace them with Lewis and Richardson and you still lose 3-2.

Mediocre talent = mediocre coach
