To clarify #Flyers said yesterday Schenn was healthy, but he apparently still has foot problem. They said they are "hopeful" he plays Thurs.

He played Marshall over Walker the last two games. Whether he changes that because of the opponent, there hasn't been any indication based on the practices.
I thought (silly me) he did not play because of East/West cost time difference. I've read it somewhere.

I would start Bryzgalov today and tomorrow. Days off do not seem to help him.
Gerbe would probably be game if he were not wearing a cage to cover the million stitches he got from a gash from his upper lip to his nostrils courtesy of Guastads skate. Too many stitches to count.
Those bolded all young, unseasoned rookies. The one thing they do add is size and toughness (other than Gragnani). Finley is 6'8", McNabb is 6'4", Kassian 6'3". All three are physical and Finley and Kassian more than willing to go.
I think that it is going to be an easy Flyers win, just too many rookies in the line up.
it would be interesting to have Finley (first round pick of Caps with injury history) make it to the bigs and the Sabres woudl have two 6'8" dmen.
I love Schenn but he's turning into another Briere/Forsberg/etc. type player. Plays a few games, looks decent then is injured. The thing that worries me the most is the type of injuries he's having are the same things that caused him issues in juniors. It's troubling.
i know this wont be popular, but i feel like we should trade Schenn for a strong D pickup..
he gives me the distinct feeling he will be the next Lindros, ala always injured..
is he made of glass or just extremly unlucky ? i dont know but right now this team is really clicking most nite on O so i say use schenn's trade power for some D, which we DEF. need.

An upper-body foot injury. Interesting.
Just to clarify, it's really more of an upper-body foot VIRUS... not injury.
