Spacek is returning soon, so my guess is they'll stand pat and wait to see what happens.

If the team truly does suck, then it won't make a difference if they fire someone today or in two weeks, since the it's the team that sucks, so in that sense it won't hurt to wait for some healthy bodies because the team at that point will need more than a coaching change

If the team sucks right now because of injuries on the backend, well, wait until some guys comeback to see if that is actually what the problem is before you fire people.

Probably trade a high draft pick for a UFA that we won't resign and miss the playoffs...

most likley nothing, unless further injuries happen. Though i would not be surprised, with all the coaching changes recently, and that if molson succumbs to the cries of the fans and media and asks for martin to be canned.

I picked GM/coach firing not because i necessarily think it will happen but because I want it to happen and it should have happened already, when your PP has struggled all year, and little to nothing has been done to rectify that, the coach IMO should take the fall. Its one thing to play Darche OR Gomez over AK on the PP once as an experiment, but after 20 or so games when other players are proving to have a hotter hand and little is changed thats just dumb.

Not a big move, but I get the feeling we'll go down the same path as previous years and acquire a PP point shot for a 2nd rounder.
