Habs have lost at least 6 games by my count as a direct result of their anemic PP.
Who's in charge again?

Is Pleks on the ice at practice drawing up schemes and plays for the PP? DD? Darche? (well, maybe )

Our PP is the exact same as it was on Game one of this season. THAT falls on the stooped shoulders of Martin.

Cant blame Pearn any longer (well, maybe. He might be sending in the scouting reports on the other teams. )

Fire Pearn again.

The big news tonight is that Emelin crashed the US economy again with those hits

Nice of you to say

Some people here will have a seizure at that statement.

Jacque Martin is a defensive coach where? lol What lead has his style of play held since he got to Montreal none!!! As for Cammy your paid to score which he has no idea how to do if anyone on this team is dead weight Cammy is prime and the spotlight is glaring on him now. Cammy waste of money Martin a coach with no clue and one other thing Spacek is over the hill and hurt most of the seasons he played in Montreal he is a waste...Pathetic effort Max maybe you should play hockey instead of picking fights with B Shanahan

on a bit of an non hab related note, i think Burrows went down faster than a two dollar hooker on the Eller "cross check"

I'd put Emelin on the first PP unit instead of Gorges.

Isn't it amazing what happens when our defencemen hit the net btw.

It's hard to evaluate Eller (especially on the production side) when he plays in a system that stifles production. People are getting on Cam. But are you telling me he's really just a marginal 20 goal player? I don't think so.

PP struggles has nothing to do with the system being used Whitesnake...again, there isn't 1000 ways to run a PP.

It's a personnel and execution issue...

I'm not a big Martin fan either, but to blame him for the 'system' being used on the Pp is absolutely ridiculous....if that's the case, I would love for anyone to break down what is this system they are now using which they decided to change from a PP that for years has been amongst the best

I cant speak for all Habs fans but what I expected was A) Don't lose momentum on the PP by giving up short handed goals B) Be able to close out a 3rd period in the lead C) Score a bloody goal in the shootout.

Definitely sold it, but Eller's stick was on his back. Also we got a few calls our way as well, especially the Sedin interference, what a joke these refs are

Well Jacques Martin just said it. Going through growing pains because we have young players. So vets are fine on this team. Everything is perfect. Just a matter of years now.

thx Jacques it was the special teams that made the difference
jacques calls it growing pains and not panic time

so now he's here to develop young players?

They've bought into the "injuries" excuse even though we played way better than this last year without Markov, Gorges, Cammy and others. It's a poor, lame excuse.
