Hey guys, first things first I am not going to be able to do the gdt today cause of issues with my att service.
Second I really need to drop att and get a new service provider. Many of u have told me to stay away from charter but what about comcast? I have heard good things about there internet but how is there t.v.? If not comcast what internet/cable or satellite do u recommend. Thanks again for your help.
My overall experience with Comcast has been much better than my experience with Charter. Better customer service, better television, and MUCH better internet. I have had a few issues, but they all revolve around FSN showing poker, euro soccer, racing, and women's basketball instead of Blues games out here in KC.
I have had charter internet for a few years with out any issues. The problem with cable internet is that the more people in your area have it the slower yours is, since most of the people around me have satellite I have no issues
I have problems with Charter, as recently as last week. Still getting this crappy fading signal that resets my modem connection over and over and over. That alone can last up to 3 days at a time with sporadic incidents of the signal dying anywhere from every 20 seconds to every 20 minutes. Done everything we can on our end of the problem to try and fix or prevent it, still comes back to haunt us.
