He would have a total of 6 points and would be a -5 in our top 6 and we'd all spend every GDT talking about how slow he is. He loves Edmonton and is playing his heart out for the city, he wouldn't do so well here, as we say last season.

This.

It's the Kyle Wellwood theory I always argue with Ziggy about.

Just because the guy is producing on team X, with players ABC...doesn't mean he would do that AT ALL in our system.

Yet people still seem to think that points and quality of play transfer directly across regardless of team, coach, system, or teammates.

So my good team (Kings) and bad team (Jets) are now tied in points. : I expected one to be top 5, other to be bottom 5...

You expected the Jets to be top ...err bottom 5? Really?

Just curious as to why? They had a decent team in ATL and it carried over to WPG,

I would have put, CBS, PHX, FLA, NYI, and NJ in the bottom 5, obviously I would have been wrong on some of them, but I pegged WPG as a middle of the pack team, should fight it out for the playoffs, of course, I pegged TOR as a team that would be just above the bottom 5, so....who knows.

Senators/Canucks game is good.

Carnker and Neil are hilarious. They love going after Burrows.

Dude Cody Hodgson got blown the **** up by Nick Foligno. Clean hit...Hodgson put himself in a horrible position. Got up all bambi legged.

Then Foligno kicked the **** out of Wiese when he challenged him on the fight...

good on Foligno.

Love seeing Neil make the Sedins act like the *****es they are.

Welll Foligno already went primeval on Hodgson...

Looks like Hodgson was trying to duck into the middle to avoid the hit and he dodged right into a truck.

Yeah I saw that one. That was just unfortunate for Hodgson. He stumbled forward at the last second.

The only team in the east I had behind WPG was OTT and only PHX in the west. WPG had NO top end talent up front, very little depth, a blueline full of question marks and a starting goalie with only 1 year experience with a unreliable backup.

Right now WPG is relying on veterans Wellwood, Slater, Glass, Oduya playing some of the best hockey of their careers and youngsters in Kane, Little, Pavelec stepping up hugely. If a couple of those guys start to struggle at all there is no depth for WPG, still not sold on them as a playoff team.

Brian Hayward is such a *****. He's crying about a headshot from Weber on Perry when it clearly looks like Weber makes contact with Perry's shoulder. Of course Perry milked it and made it look like it was a headshot by playing dead for a second then getting up and sitting on the bench as if nothing happened. And Hayward was also calling for a suspension as soon as the hit happened. That man is such an idiot.

Just like Perry was seriously injured when Penner gave him a little shove and all of a sudden he was back out there a minute later?

Exactly like that, except he acted like he was shot dead when Weber checked him.

Bryz and Giroux both left the Philly game with injuries. Simmonds accidently kneed Goruox in the head. Not good.
