Man, Biron sure was garbage tonight. .970 save percentage, an assist, and dominant handling the puck.

Back to 10 games over NHL .500.

Only one regulation loss in the last 8.

I love this team.

Oh, and Girardi is my POTG for logging 100 minutes tonight.

Hagelin is JUST below him.

Hags, Cally and Hank2.0

Only caught the last few minutes of the second, and the third. Apparently we were bad before I came

Carl.
Biron.
And Gabby just for that laser at the end there that said "you bench me? this is what I do"

Also good to see Malkin end his point scoring drought.

Rangers really weren't good tonight, but it's great to get a win. Still baffled at how awful the officiating was, and how Anisimov managed to get hurt on a play like that.

POTG: Hagelin
Good: Biron, Callahan, McDonagh, Girardi

Everyone else was decent.

Eminger was awesome, too. Stralman has had back to back solid games.

On the contrary, the 1st period was our strongest.

1. Hagelin
2. Callahan
3. Biron

MDZ, McDonagh, Girardi were all very good tonight. Eminger had a good game too. 30 minutes for Girardi, what a warrior, 28 for McDonagh. Very good 3rd period by Gaborik.

Hagelin, Cally, and Gaborik

I thought Gaborik did a good job making up for his mistake on the Vanek goal.

It was tough to pick only three.

Hagelin - he played well on both sides of the puck
Gaborik - scaring people with his talent, once again. He did goof up, but I saw lots of good backchecking from him and offensive threats.
Callahan - just an archetypical game from Ryan, real leadership once again
Honourable Mention - Dan Girardi played great. Del Zotto made that stretch pass where he looked, sized up the situation with all them Sabres headed off one poorly executed line change, and made them pay bigtime.

i always vote Girardi. the guy is a stud.

Eminger with a breakout game - his first two assists of the year.

Stralman is doing solidly enough.

The bad news - Philly, Pitt and Boston don't know how to stop winning
