Another 2-1 loss... Joy.

I really liked Richardson and Johnson's game today at least.

Probably is disappointed mainly because he doesn't want to continue for another decade, time is ticking that the Kings are pissing away their shot with a solid roster.

What a dreary-looking team the Kings are nowadays. No spark, no imagination, no emotion, too predictable.

Opposing goaltenders always having one or two goal allowed nights against the team says a whole lot about this team. This is happening with nearly every goaltender the Kings have played against so far.

Mentally soft team for a mentally soft coach.

Murray still loves the defense. Murray will say that they held a good team to 2 goals.

TM Quote predictions

"We need to have a better shot mentality"
"That's a really good goalie over there"
"I liked our compete"
"Bernier was OK. I'm sure there was one he would like to have back"

Monrovia beat San Gabriel for the CIF Southern Section Mid-Valley title, 53-14. Back to back titles now for Monrovia.

Wish I'd gone to that game instead of watching the Kings...

We need to shake up our offense. TM isn't the guy anymore. The way our D and goalies have played this year, we should be at the top of the standings, not the bottom. This team can win. I have stayed away from the whole TM needs to get sacked but I've had enough with these 0, 1, or 2 goal games. Something needs to happen now. We need change.

What's worse?

Other teams feel confident starting their third string goaltenders against us... or We make third string goaltenders look like starters?

He's going to have to criticize Bernier, though. Bernier can't play a game without Murray criticizing him about something.

Terry Murray hockey at its finest.

Still last in the league in goals per game.
Eight consecutive games with the Kings scoring two or less goals.
Four consecutive losses.

i think this team needs more than a coaching change, it needs a cleansing.

maybe not this year but next year i would like to see Brown stripped of the C, give him an A or whatever but this team needs a new direction.

trade Stoll for anything at this point.

trade Greene, get rid of him and his DL TM hockey lockeroom culture.

someone needs to make a .gif of that shot of Dustin Brown looking completely aloof on the bench early in the game while the Kings are being outplayed/outworked. That little clip is endemic of all that is wrong with him (and the Kings).

Look at Lombardi's face in that shot. Geez, he hired his clone.
