Cincinnati vs Xavier today reminded me of this

The PA announcer screaming "Please stay in your seats" over and over makes this one funny

Saints didn't give Locker anything on the last play, but jeez, man, throw something up, force a play, you never know what will happen.

Nope, I'm just going to eat the football.

Either that or he could have committed to the run and perhaps bulled his way to the pylon.

Locker is the real deal though. He looked impressive, and has been any time he's been in the game. He should absolutely start the rest of the season.

I thought there were rules against manhanding recievers after five yards but his mistake was calling the draw play at the 45 that cost 20 seconds off the clock,

Pretty much sums it up. The guy is ridiculous, and having an outstanding kicker like Prater really helps.

I have to admit, I didn't follow Tebow in college and was really tired of hearing about him. But the more attention he gets in Denver, and the more ways he finds to win a game, the more I am liking this guy. But mostly I think i'm drawn to him for his post game interviews. I would absolutely love to be on Tebow's team, he's got maybe the best attitude in a long time and you can sense the genuine appreciation towards his teammates in victory and defeat when he speaks.

Now, maybe if he starts pummeling the Titans every season this opinion will change. But right now, i'm definitely on the bandwagon.

Tebow is a running back who occasionally remembers how to throw the ball ... usually after sucking for 3+ quarters and his team in a position where it needs a miracle. He rarely performs against tight coverage but back off into a prevent and open up the short passes he can hit the wide open guy ten yards out.

His QBR in the first three quarters is the third worst in the NFL ... Skelton & Gabbert are the only worse qbs in the first 3 quarters

Went to my first TITans game in 10 years. Free tickets, would'nt have gone otherwise.

Wow, what an extremely boring way to spend an afternoon. I feel bad for the mouthbreathers who live for that. Wait, no I don't.

edit: and I def. repped my hornqvist jersey

I love football... but it's WAAAAAAYYYYYYY better on TV and in your living room. Opposite of hockey which is much better in the arena (but still great at home)

just a quick plug for my old school Murray State (im sure Vandy fans still remember them)

10-0 with a win over Memphis this weekend, and won the Great Alaska Shootout earlier..

(and Austin Peay knocks off the Vols... go OVC!)

If the cameramen were as good as the ones employed by the cbc/tsn/rsns it would be great to watch on tv

I'm curious how much of it is a shift in defensive strategy and how much is a shift in offensive strategy. The Jets, for example, actually got more aggressive in the final drive where Tebow went 90+ yards. Most of the teams don't appear to be laying back in a prevent defense.

I enjoy Tebow as a person, but if he continues this success for a statistically significant sample size, he'll destroy a lot of my core sports beliefs.

This game is a train wreck. I really want to watch something else, but I want to see just how bad it can get for this team.

I have no earthly clue why Locker isn't starting by this point. Hasselbeck has been horrible for 2 months.

Packers lose today.

as a fan of the 72 Dolphins, this means I can quit watching until the Super Bowl now...

I understand trying Hasselbeck, but after the first series when it's apparent that he isn't healthy enough to be effective, put in Locker! After the first quarter when it's clear that Hasselbeck doesn't have it, put in Locker! After halftime when it's painfully obvious that the offense needs a spark, put in Locker!!!!

Did the Titans even have a gameplan today? It looked like they just showed up expecting to win.
