Murray, thanks for all your hard work. You deserved more respect than what you were given here in L.A.

Hopefully, there will be an opportunity for your 500th win with another club.

Wish nothing but the very best for you and your family!!!
Terry is a stand up guy. He will get his 500th one day.

I hope Terry gets another shot with a young team. He still has some gas left.

Terry is a great guy and a good coach. The team made huge strides under his guidance.

After dealing with Crawford's antics (screaming/yelling/flipping out), Terry was a nice change. I always appreciated how he stayed calm and positive.

If I ever have children, I want Terry Murray to read them a book.

Can't take the credit for helping the franchise reach the playoffs for the first time in 7 years away from him.

Thanks for all the hard work Terry.

The Blue Jackets should Hire Terry; give him a two year contract. Let Terry teach that team how to play some D.

He taught us how to be one of the top defensive team in the league and helped turn Kopitar into a Selke caliber centerman. That is nothing to sneeze at. Good luck to him.

Thanks Coach Murray! You helped bring playoff hockey back to LA after a long absence. You taught our young players how to defend and comport themselves as NHL pros. I appreciated the stability after many years of chaos. Sad to see he couldn't wrap up win #500 as the team's coach, but I hope the Kings find a way to keep him as part of the org.

Thank you for your first 2 years with the team, you showed this team how to play defense very well, now its time for a coach that can teach them to score again yet maintain a good defensive too.

Good luck in your next assistant coaching position.

I feel bad for him and his family, sad to see he couldn't get 500 here. He made Kopi into the great 2-way center he is now, and JJ matured alot under him. He also got us back into the playoffs. I may of gotten extremely frustrated with him but he is a great guy and great D coach. Wish nothing but the best for him.

Well Gramps, thank you for everything you brought with you to the team and for every single ounce of effort that you put into coaching this team.

I may have disagreed with you at times but I found you to be a very good guy and a very knowledgeable hockey person.

Talking with you was memorable even with you being a total introvert.

Thanks also, for the candid interviews. TM was always available and willing to give extensive interviews, more than any coach we've had in a long time. He obviously put a ton of time into this team.
^^^^ agree with this. The D is much improved, likely the best D I've EVER seen in L.A. TeMu brought this all together.

I really liked him as coach, wish the offense could have performed a bit better (make that a LOT better)... oh well - time for a change.

He's been thru this before - and he'll get picked up somewhere eventually. If not he'll enjoy retirement.

Good man. Good teacher and mentor for the kids at a time when they needed to be allowed to make mistakes and learn from them. That time is over.

TM, thanks for turning Kopitar into a two way star.

Thanks for putting a real defense into our DNA.

These guys owed you the 500th. Maybe they can thank you properly if they win the Cup.
