As far as I can see - these were the 2 games Avery played against his former teammates in Dallas since coming here in 2009/2010:

Jan 06 2010 1 G 3 A 4 P 12 PM +1 13:20 icetime
Jan 07 2011 0 G 0 A 0 P 0 PM -1 11:10 icetime

TOTAL 1 G 3 A 4 P 12 PM +0 24:30 icetime...

That's the only real good song off of The Division Bell, imo.

EC's assist probably bought him today's game and a couple more after.

I'm sure we'll see more invisibility from him though, as he basically disappeared after his assist on Sunday.

Avery now has two teams in NY paying him ~$2mil to be a healthy scratch, not bad

#NYR will go with same lineup vs. Dallas tonight, meaning Erik Christensen is in and Sean Avery out of lineup, Henrik Lundqvist in goal

Loui Eriksson <3

But on a serious note I think that Richards will have a good game and hopefully we can beat the stars down. They have some great young players, and Patrick Roy in net, though so I don't know.

Should be a good and exciting game to watch.

Hagelin better have his eyes glued to Loui Eriksson. With his speed he should try and model his game after him.

I am not expecting anything until he gets ice time with better players.

Dunno why some of you are so set on everyone scoring. Whether it be Dubi or whoever, there is going to be someone or multiple people struggling to score goals. Let's be honest, the only way everyone is playing well will be games ending 8-1 in favor of the Rangers and that's never going to happen.

As long as Dubi is causing some chances and playing well in other areas of the game, just maintain the big picture in that the team is winning games and doing so convincingly.

Perfection in sports is 99.9999% unattainable. Dubi is struggling to score, but whether it is him or someone else, it really doesn't bother me as long as the Rangers are playing well and winning. Fact is he'll turn it around but then someone else will be struggling.

Even though they are struggling as of late, I would imagine the Stars are going to want this one pretty bad.

With that said this Rangers team wants every game bad!

One thing of note here. Stars have 3 guys in thier top 6 that can punish. Benn, Morrow and Ott. I think it makes a big difference when your physical guys are in your top 6. I think we match up well to them, but I could see this one getting phyiscal with the Dallas forwards playing a scrappy game.
