Man you hate to not bury those chances... gotta bury those. that is the difference between winning and losing. I posted this elsewhere, but can you believe that 7 of our 14 wins this season are from the bottom teams of this league? Five of them are columbus and anaheim. Wish we could play those two all year...

McGrattan was just eyeballing Butler who was tugging on Wilson's jersey after the buzzer. Might see something between those two later

Not a good start. Rinne grabbed it, so we need to win this face off, take the puck down the ice, and get back to the tempo we had in the first period.

edit: Or not

Haha Rinne trying to kick the puck out. What a reaction. Bad defense, but Rinne entertained me there.

Wilson has had himself a game so far. Same thing with Josi. God I wish Erat and Legwand could've buried those chances.

The bad clears need to end. Get the puck, pass it weakly up the boards, watch it get intercepted and held in.

At least we're getting back to possessing the puck as of the last couple of shifts. It hasn't resulted in much of anything, but it's improvement over the first few minutes

Not much you can do there, just a phenomenal backhand by Glencross.

Is it just me or is the camera man kind of bad tonight?

Rinne played that one like he was Grumet-Morris's height.

I said terrible defense on that one, but after watching it again it looks like Tanguay is just giving good support. He takes Josi with him and gets in the way of Hillen just enough to not allow him to fully cover Glencross, who then buries a great shot.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Cameraman almost juked me a few times to lose the puck.

Yeah I'm gonna blame Hillen on that one, lol. I usually don't single out players but that was bad. It was a great offensive play, no doubt, but Hillen didn't challenge Glencross until he was in that sweet spot. Way too late by then.
