Love the poll section: Schenn vs. Adam Henrique

What's even funnier is how close it is. Everybody needs to calm down. The kid has dominated every level and is too talented to be a bust. He's had some ****** luck this year but when he's healthy he's going to be a player every team/fan would kill to have on their own.

If that poll started when he was in LA Shenn would be the overwhelming winner. He is going to be hated now that he's in Philly and that's fine with me.

Does anybody know when he got the concussion? I recall he got slammed hard into the boards on a clear interference last week - was it in Buffalo? I think it was on Thursday but not sure.

Against Phoenix IIRC.

I'm indifferent towards Schenn, but is there any evidence supporting the assertion that this guy is an NHL caliber player?

I'll be honest. So far in a Flyers jersey he has been...alright. Its not just the points but overall play.

Would like to see more from him and get past this injuries he so far is having. Hope in the end he doesnt become an injury prone player. Dont get me wrong, I like Schenn and all, but would like to see more from him.

That goes to say, thinking about priorities on the team, if someone offers a defensive player of equal caliber, I would think about the trade. Not because of Schenns play so far, but more about team priorities.

He put up over a point per game as a sixteen in juniors, that's elite territory. Dominated the WJC last year on his way to tournament MVP and tied the Canadian record for points in the tourney. The kid's 20 years old, give him a little time. I, like everyone else, was hoping he'd come in right away and light it up, but to give up on him because he hasn't? No way.

I absolutely agree. The strength right now is young forwards, and if Schenn could be turned into a Larsson or a (Tyler) Myers, just to toss out best-case examples, I'd be very pleased.

To give us a little good news, Schenn made the trip with the team and is skating after everyone is off the ice with Lilja. He seems like he could be getting closer to playing which can be a big boost with Giroux out

I know that he made the trip, can't comment on the fact that he's skating.

Schenn and Lilja were on the bench at practice today.

Brayden Schenn is sitting on the bench next to Lilja. They'll skate after the team is done.

Thanks. Was just curious where, because who I'm following didn't have it.

No problem, wasn't questioning it really.. Was just unsure where it was, since the ones I follow had no info about it.

Brayden Schenn back on the ice for the Flyers in Montreal

Looks like he may be ready to go. It would be a nice addition for us to get him back.

Now Schenn centers 4th line. Alternating with Harry Z. #Flyers
