Flare gun will be valuable come the zombie apocalypse. I suggest you keep it.

An ex-colleague was a big zombie movie / literature buff, and would quote from the Zombie Survival Guide. Now, every once in awhile, I catch myself walking through downtown thinking, "That building looks pretty defensible. What would I use to block secondary entrances?"

Perhaps said colleague would know why a zombie scenario hasn't been displayed through film/tv/literature (to my knowledge) of an outbreak in the winter. I've been wondering how zombies would handle in the snow and ice.

I think it is in World War Z, where they talk about the zombies basically getting stuck in snow and ice, and being gunned down by the military. It has been a few years since I read it though.

Hide your puppy from me. For if I see it I will take it and it will be mine. My cuteness, my precioooouus.

But seriously, nice looking dog. Although, I thought you were getting a white lab? Not that it matters, mix-up?

Nice looking dog. Friends of ours are breeding their lab. I've had my dog for 2 years now.. The time flys by quick

Yeah labs are my favorite
We have a 3 or 4 year old chocolate lab too.. Seen here :

And a pug that died in Septemberish.. Such an ugly dog and im surprised he lasted so long.. We got him from a rescue and the workers said he was beaten, malnourished, and throw down flights of stairs... It took up almost 5 years to get him to go up or down stairs and we thought it was mentally retarded.. Had seizures regularly too and the vet couldn't figure out what caused them.. Then we came down one morning and it was just dead

Yeah seizures in dogs are no joke, and are sometimes tough to diagnose. Even on medication there's no guarantee they'll stop or dangers be lessened. After my grandmother passed earlier this year her dog was given to a neighbor who took care of him. He was medicated for other disorders, but never had a history of a seizure and about a month after my grandmother went, so did he. Sorry to hear about your other dog.

Idea for the next OBT thread title: Deep thoughts by Jack Handey Ilya Bryzgalov.

I swear to ****ing god that SOPA scares the **** out of me. If it comes to be, don't doubt that I would move to Canada in response. I do also believe if this passes, the country will be completely hammered by Anonymous (which I hope would happen if it passes).

Well, Kim Jong Il is dead. Here's hoping that his successor, which will probably be his son, does a better job than his old man.

But with his passing, Gadhafi gone, and Al Davis, the world is running out of older rulers with penchants for weird hair, over-the-top glasses, and poor fashion choices. Raul Castro has to step up his game I guess.

Well, the numbers is 45 which corresponds with Superstar Shelley.

As for Kim Jong Il...agh. Let's see how smoothly power transitions. This does have potential to explode.

Can Raul hit 18 holes-in-one in a round, though?

I'll keep him on stand-by though for the category I mentioned.
