I missed the 1st period. What's the story? Are we just terrible? Bryz?

Not all Bryz fault, but let's not make excuses for a guy that looks nothing near the level Thomas play is at.

Some say the team, some say bryz, I say a little bit (which is a big bit) of both.

He has not been amazing but I'd put this game way more on the defense than him.

Yep. Boston's D has been better, but theyve allowed numerous great scoring chances in this game as well.

Difference is Thomas will stop 90% of them and Bryz has not poven that at all

he has shown he will let in 34% of them on occasion.

Maybe it is just frustration on my part. But when is JVR going to get to the next ****ing level? He should be a magician cause he sure as hell has the disappearing act down to a science.

A rash of injuries.

First game since this team found out Pronger was done for the season.

Down a man in this game. Just plain bad luck as well.

I'm willing to forget this game. Just regroup next game and play well for each other.

Unfortunately, I knew that with Giroux out, we would lose this game. Looks like I was right. This is just horrendous...

JVR's playoff performance was a fluke until he proves me other wise.

With the injuries to the star players the only way the flyers will win consistently is if they out work the opposing team. They are not skating hard or finishing their checks. This is one of their worst games IMO.

I agree with this.....Boston has done a very nice job of clearing the middle, and our D has had a few problems there, but its tough playing 5 on 4 against a big strong club like Boston..

JVR is invisible but where is Briere?

He is a guy who has to step up with Giroux out as well.

Honestly, I'm pretty sure he's not going to develop as we all hope(d) he were going to. It may be Carter syndrome a bit, but he doesn't seem to play with much fire. As a result, I don't expect him to take the next step any time soon, if at all.

Haha I love Rinaldo. Gets boarded, then two seconds later he is back up fighting.
