FIRST! HAR!

Gianonne just asked Brad Richards "on a scale from 1-10, how bad is Erik Christsensen?"

I was gonna go with Gabby/MDZ/Hagelin, but Richards has to take it from Hags after that great goal.

#1 - Gaborik (beast tonight)

#2 - Del Zotto (great offense, alert defensive play to swap a puck out of mid air aimed for the net - saved a goal).

#3 - Richards (played a bad game overall, but scoring with 0.1 seconds left... you've got to give him a star).

lol Yandle...........so anyone else starting realize Mitchell is not going to keep up his good play and they may as well send him down and play Avery?

Richards was probably the Rangers' worst player tonight. He doesn't deserve votes based on a lucky ass goal.

My stars - Gaborik/Del Zotto/Hagelin. HM Stepan/Stralman.

I thought Dubinsky was all over the ice tonight and without his work in the offensive zone, that last play doesn't happen. Should've given DelZotto a star instead of Richards, but either way works.

And by the way, if Gaborik got that breakaway last year, he would not have scored on it.

#1 is Gaborik (wow, what suspense on that pick)
#2 Del Zotto - for proving to everyone that he is good, once again
#3 Richards - because he gets goals, and this one just happened to break a losing streak.

He'd be a decent 4th liner if he knew when to get rid of the puck. Guy holds on to it way too long and I now know why he's called Johnny Malkin. He has definitely slowed down though since he was recalled.

Richards redeemed himself from a bad game with that goal, but by no means does that make him one of our 3 best players this game.

Gaborik
Del Zotto
Biron

HM: Richards

Richards was bad the whole night except the shot at the end but he gets a mention. Del Zotto continues to impress me.

Did anyone else just hear Al Trautwig describe Clutterbuck's tache as from the "gay nineties"

Agreed, but that "lucky ass goal" deserves a vote. He helped us get 2 points.

If Dubinsky or Boyle flubbed the puck to the net, it would have went 10 feet wide.

Agree with Zenith that Richie should not get a star tonight. He scored a lucky ass goal, but he played like **** tonight. Gaborik, MDZ, Hagelin.

Yup, voted the same way.

Awesome win. Tuesday night's gonna be a great game with the Rangers near the top of the standings and the Devils hot having won four in a row and now 6th in the conference.

Gaborik
Biron
Del Zotto

I probably should have voted for Hagelin over Biron though.

Pretty weird game. Thank God it's over already.

Gaborik, MDZ, Richards.

Dubinsky and Hagelin were noticeable, without achieving results on the scoresheet.

Stralman played 20+ minutes.

Richards did have a bad night, but he also contributed on Gaborik's 2nd goal. After a long shift, he stayed in the offensive zone while the rest of his line took a change, keeping the puck in. If he doesn't do that, the puck isn't behind the Phoenix net for Yandle to give away. Dubinsky did something similar on Richards' goal.

Take the two points and run.

The bottom six of this roster is a mess. A complete mess.

By the way, Marty Biron is 6-1 with a GAA under 2.00 and a SVPCT around .940
