Just play a solid game for 60minutes, that's all the one can ask for with this banged up lineup! And don't even check where the opponent is sitting in the ranings before the game starts....

Oh look my former favorite team back when I was a wee one. Let's get that W boys and get back on a winning streak!!!!!

Would be nice to have that O'Reilly guy on the Flyers.

Nevermind Shelly seems to be a scratch and Sesitio is playing in the top 9.

I think I'd rather have Zolnierczyk there. Sestito-Read-Simmonds as the third line I suppose? Zolnierczcyk and Read together would have made for one of the fastest line around.

Well, it's game 32 and for the first say 5 games it was Hartnell who we yelled at... so, about 25 games now, give or take.

Holmstrom centering Rinaldo and Harry Z. I kind of looking forward to this one.

Shelley is not playing, right?

Walker in Marshall out is also a good move. Overall I like what Lavi did for this game.

Lets say JVR scores a hattie tonight ? Will this only make his trade value higher in our ownerships eyes looking for a Defenseman ? Or will it just help solidify his worth to keep tenure with our club ?....I like the kid, but for someone who surely knows that he could be trade bait, i certainly do not see him playing harder or tougher ? I find myself constantly making excuses for him of late, giving him the benefit of thinking he may be injured and playing hurt....I suppose time will tell ?

He needs more time to lock in and harness the goodies. If we didnt see what we saw last spring i wouldnt be sayin that but you know its in there somewhere.

A hat trick in one game is unlikely to sway the parameters of any trade chatter significantly in any particular direction. Opposition managements have a read on what he can and can't do and eventually a trade partner is needed. If there is conversation involving JVR, one hat trick won't alter the dynamics that dramatically. It's not a common practice to raise the stakes based on one strong game.

Two links have been posted in the OP for a stream to tonight's game.

Been looking forward to this game. Landeskog would have looked good in Orange and Black. The kid is my type of player. Good luck to Tom and Ben.

GO FLYERS

Thanks MSE

MSE-

Do you currently have a 'favorite' player on the Flyers?

How about an all-time favorite player?

Current players? Not really. I root for the team. Pronger would be the exception.

All-time: Clarke and Hextall lead the list. After that Rick MacLeish and Bernie Parent.
