I'm the captain of the "JVR blows" parade right now, but I thought that was a good shot and JSG barely got shoulder on it.

Made the goalie make a tough save and the rebound was right there in the slot to be knocked in. Never a bad play.

Man, the boards behind the Avs goal moved so much when Sestito hit it.

Still needs to work on knowing when to shoot (as you saw on that last powerplay), but that's something that's an easy fix.

Yeah, I doubted him a bit. But ironically, when we were trading Carter[previously my favorite Flyer]... I was looking forward to seeing what Voracek had to offer, he's WHO i wanted in the deal.. Not Brassard, not another player.. I wanted Voracek.

I'm close. I rag on JvR a lot, I also call him a traffic cone.

Haha that's funny. I'm in the other boat... I like JVR and while he can frustrate @ times, I think he's going to be a total stud.

But I think he could've done better on the shot there. You need to bury that when you're given the angle and you're given that much space to shoot.

Gigure pretty clearly gave him the corner. It needed to be buried.
