Excellent game! Kyle Turris did an amazing job in his debut, and the Senators did for Milan Michalek who is still recovering from the concussion. Craig Anderson was outstanding tonight. WOO WOO WOO!

I thought Turris was okay, nothing bad, and nothing spectacular.

Erik Condra obviously the first star
Kyle Turris the second star
Craig Anderson the third star

I'm so happy for the Senators.

Anderson wasn't tested too heavily tonight. He was what he should be all year, there when we needed him. Our D only had a few bad giveaways, maybe with Rundblad gone we won't have to worry as much from now on.

Rated Turris from the little I saw of him this game.

Couldn't really have asked more from Turris. Strong on faceoffs, great defensively and got the ball rolling with the assist on the 2nd goal.

I gave him an A-. He was quite solid from what I saw (first two-ish periods and after Condra's first goal). I just wish he put more pucks on net with a shot like that.

Erik Karlsson was very strong, minus a turnover or two. 1G 1A, +2. I can't ask for a better game.

I ranked Turris with a B+ that could easily have been an A.

Good defensively. Solid on face-offs. Chipped in with a key assist on the Winning goal, at the point in time that the Sabres had a bit of momentum.

All around, nice debut.

Turris was a lot better away from the puck then I was expecting. With what Phoenix fans said I kept my eye on it.

Great win boys!!! this team is coming along nicely, every player deserve a pat on the back tonight. PM is doing one heck of a job if the Sens continue like this he will have to be consider for the Jack Adams.

Turris made a good first impression.

That shift early in the game where Spezza deked into the zone and there was nearly continuous offensive pressure for about a minute.. My god. I love watching them play like this.

Turris played better D than Rundblad. His F/O wings were great. He chipped in with an assist but you could tell he was holding back because he didn't want to make a mistake.
Easy A.
For those voting B+ what more would it take to get an A-? A goal?

You should give credit to Kyle Turris, he showed the Senators that he is a productive player.

People were debating in the GDT whether EK got an assist on Condra's goal or not.

I'm not sure if this is the official stat sheet, but on here it says he did:

Well, it may happen sometime soon. Finally, relieved that Eric Karlsson scored the goal tonight. Of course remember the infamous, I'm watching you to the opponents. If anyone has the clip, please post it.

Great game defensively from the sens definitely been their weakest part of their game and proved tonight they could play a stingy game. Condra looked great on the 2nd line, Folgino just playing with such confidence and Turris looked sharp out there 1 shot 1 point would obviously like to see him shot more obviously. Neil out there looking good Cowen I felt I had a solid quiet game. Overall great to see this team play tight makes me confident we are better then we all expected we would be this year.
