I don't see him coming back over to sign long term deal in Nashville .
Roy was his coach ,Radulov loved the "rock star" attention he got in Quebec.
You get the feeling I'm getting?Could be the guy to get the fans back on edge of the seats at Bell Centre.
Nothing will ever pry me from my beloved habs. But a move like that would come close. Having that selfish, arrogant, disrespectful little piece of **** in a habs sweater would be an absolute travesty. God have mercy on pierre gauthier if he pulled that ****. The alexander semin rumour was bad enough
Personally, I've been saying this for awhile now. It's not a foregone conclusion that he'll be a hab but I definitely agree that if Saint-Patrick becomes the next coach of Mtl he will do everything in his power to get Radulov in a Habs jersey.
Not UFA, we'd have to pay Nashville through the nose to get him.
How so? He wants nothing to do with Nashville. Ergo, Nashville has very little bargaining power. If Radulov tells Nashville the only way he comes back is if his rights are traded to Mtl then Nashville has two options: (1) trade his rights to mtl for hardly anything; (2) hang on to him and get zilch because he definitely isn't going back to play in Nashville.

It's too bad Pierre Gauthier didn't get his rights in the Sergei K deal...
Anyways,Habs got alot of parts to get him ,might be alot less than you think , if he says he will only come over to be traded to select teams etc...You got to think he wants a Quebec return ,especially with Roy as coach .

Sure they do. He is under contract to play for them or he can stay in Russia. If Montreal wants him, they will pay Nashville's price. They're not going to give him away. They probably could have traded his rights many times by now if they wanted. They clearly haven't had a good offer, so they'll wait.

Well, they can hold them for 2 more years in which case they lose them. So might as well get something.
I think trading Cammalleri for Radulov's rights is a possible maneuver.

How much are Karrie Ramo's rights worth ? 1.87 gga in khl this yr ...1.97 last yr .
Will end up losing him as a UFA ,as he already said he doesn't want to come over to back up Carey Price.
Same could happen to Nashville if Radulov doesn't come back over into a situation he likes.....
That's not getting him cheaply. I'd probably do it though.
Radulov's situation is unique. He owes Nashville one year no matter how old he is. They hold all the cards when it comes to Radulov's NHL career.
I'm convinced that Radulov would give this team more than Cammi is. He's younger, and a better player. I don't think Cammi would get more than 50 points with the scoring trend in the KHL. Radulov had 80 in what, 55 games? The guy's a total buzz-saw.
Honestly I would try and coax Nashville into giving up Radulov's rights for Kostitsyn. If Roy can make that happen I'll welcome him as coach, as Radulov could be the thing we've lacked since Lafleur.
Sens got him for Rundblad (they traded their 16th overall in 2010 to get him) and a 2nd in 2012
This would be the equivalent of trading Leblanc and a 2nd for Radulov. Not sure it's enough and the fans would most likely riot.
Nashville interested in Ak46? You'd have to think so .
Habs got enough players like say Weber or something to make it happen.
Draft picks we got them too , and we're on pace for a suck season ,so Habs draft picks might be worth something good ..lol
