Which has a blade more similar to the One95?

My problem with the X60 was that the blade felt squared off at the heel.

The TO would be closer to the One95.

As Jarick said, same quality, different features. They have slightly different blade constructions, slightly different resins used to bind the layers of carbon together, but the main difference is that the TotalOne is engineered to be a mid kick stick, stiff by the blade and softer by your bottom hand, while the Apx is engineered to be a low kick stick, softer by the blade and stiffer by your bottom hand. You'll feel the flex more when shooting with a TotalOne, but will get a slightly quicker release with the Apx. Also, the TotalOne has a boxier shaft, with more texture to it.

Were you using a different curve or something?

I don't have anything bad or good to say about the TO but I have the APX and do not regret buying it.
