AGrossRecord Andrew Gross
Marty Biron first goalie off at #NYR optional morning skate. Makes sense with Flyers in tomorrow night.

lets go boys!! we deff could use the big win tonight. god when is ********** dubinsky gonna score a goal already? last year he was the king of open netters, this year is the king of HIGH and WIDE liek the rick ankiel wild pitches in nlcs/ chuck knoblauch/olbermanns mother, and hell just like del zotto's shots for the most part lol. we need him down the stretch, wanna see him close out the break on a high note. most importantly would love to see atleast 5/6 points would be a huge confidence boost.

Islanders always play the Rangers like it's game 7, Rangers need to be ready for that.

Always nervous about these games, LGR

Moulson's scored 30 goals the past two season and he's one pace to do more than that this season. That's some pretty good crap if that's crap. Parenteau is garbage and we all know that, but putting him on that line makes sense because all he's going to give you is offense so you might as well put him with offensive talent. It's kinda like when Torts decided last year to always use EC on the top line.

Nabokov should be in goal. He was excellent when he came in for Montoya on Tuesday. Stopped I think all 19 shots he faced in regulation and then didn't allow anything in the shootout.

I just fear this game could be the game where Biron plays more like Biron and stops impersonating Lundqvist..

Well, it's not like Biron is a scrub.

He's always been a good goalie.(Obviously not as good as Hank but still good) I understand what you're saying though. With the D decimated, let's see if he can continue his stellar play.

Honestly, Biron could be the starter on alot of NHL teams right now. He's a great goalie and we are lucky to have him as a backup.

Well, this was said about Valiquette before he turned downhill as well.

Biron actually has been a starter, so that is to his credit.

Let's Go Rangers! Can't wait to see a win tonight against the isles. I'm predicting a good night for Cally, Hagelin and Marty and another 4-1 win.

What time do the players usually get to the Garden for a 7 PM game?

We are the only fans, along with 3 or 4 other teams that don't need to **** their pants during games when their backup is playing.

It seems we have more to fear when the oposition team plays their backup.

Four points over the next to days would be great, but I'll take three. Hopefully Dubi finally finds the net again, our fill-in D's are still up to the task and the first line keeps producing. I don't have a good feeling about this one.

Anyone else think Gaborik nets at least 2 tonight and takes over the league lead in goals?

It's time for Gaborik to simple abuse the Isles. Cally and Richards haven't been too hot lately, though they had some good puck possesion time with Dubi in the devils zone. Maybe throw Haggy up there with em.

I'd be very happy with last year's Gabby typical hat-trick against a ****** team.
