Mike Hoffman Called Up
Going to play in Raleigh via Garroich.
Surprised Da Costa did not get the call. Exciting to see Hoffman up, nice to see where the draft picks from the Murray era are reaching the big club

I saw him listed as a Healthy Scratch and was immediately suspicious.
Good for him.

Should have been Petersson.
Too bad he's injured.

Who is going to sit for Hoffman? Butler has had a good game tonight...is it fair to scratch him?

Strange...I saw Regin was scratched and figured that's who's spot Butler took. I see 7 D now. Of course, Foligno may be suspended after that vicious check so maybe no one will need to be sat.

Cool, good to see another young guy getting a shot. I wonder where he'll slot in.

This is good. Giving multiple guys a shot keeps the guys in the AHL hungry. If you keep calling up the same 1 or 2 guys, other guys don't beleive in themselves....

Good to see Hoffman up but he'll probably get very few minutes unless he somehow manages to score on his first couple of shifts.

love seeing kids like hoff who nobody gave much of chance, to work so hard and live his dream if only for a game.
Same thing with guys like kaspers, condra, greening etc no entitlement in these young guys.

This is Mike Hoffman, not Denis Bonvie. He's a top 6 forward so it wouldn't really make sense to put him on the 3rd or 4th line.
