Blaming a goaltender for the team not turning up again. He's let up one bad goal. Typical flyers fans.....

On that note, two guys have turned up tonight. Voracek and Mezaros.

So what do you do keep playing him for losses because you paid him? With any luck this team built a trigger into his contract to unload him after this year.

The only goal that was on bryz was the gaborik goal. Every other goal he had no shot on because the defense doesnt want to get their ****ing hands dirty.

51m on a franchise goalie and I still have goaltending envy of the Rangers.

And there's a second (maybe). Hope that gets JVR out of his slump

You're right, keeping it from becoming a one goal game wasn't important.

Did New York have a shot in the 1st? Maybe 1 or 2 on the PP?

Maybe but Pronger let him know he needs to step it up or face the same fate as the Rangers who are not getting knocked down in front of him.

blaming? Not blaming but we could of have 3:2 right now not 4:2. Bryzgalov played well but did give up a softie again.

You could argue that Bryz could/should have reacted to the rebound better to, but I agree a D-man should have put Callahan on his rear.

A goalie like Bryz is supposed to be able to stop a one on one occasionally. Bryz has been as bad as Bob in that regard. Any time the other team has a breakaway I start twitching and wait to see that awful read light.

Also...JVR! great to see him working. I still think he's injured (In my esteemed medical opinion), but battling through it there is excellent.

The 4th goal was horrendous by bryz. He gives up Robert esche level rebounds. Then he took a feeble poke at it as it just sat there
