NHL 36 begins filming with Patrice Bergeron today.

Some of you may remember last week or so Vs. aired a new show called NHL36 where they follow around Patrick Kane for a couple days similarly to 24/7. Welp, didn't hear this anywhere but BISH on twitter just posted this:

Quote:
Filming for NHL 36 has begun. The crew spent early AM with the equipment managers and will spend the rest of the trip with P.Bergeron.^BISH
Don't know when it will air but I'm looking forward to it!

Could be the closest we get to the Bruins being on 24/7

Anyways, here's hoping Chia ends up being okay with 24/7 if Bruins are in a WC again. NHL 36 will be cool though.

A day in the life with Patrice Bergeron, eh?

6:00 am - awakes before his alarm clock goes off.
6:05 am - calls Marchand just to say good morning -- no answer.
6:20 am - cooks breakfast for himself and girlfriend, delivering to his lady in bed.
6:40 am - showers, out the door to practice.
7:00 am - arrives 3 hours early to the rink, is locked out.
7:15 am - TD Garden Zamboni driver lets him in, Patrice talks to driver for 2 hours about his life.
9:30 am - hugs all of his teammates as they arrive.
10:00 am - morning skate begins, leads stretch.
10:30 am - dominates every 1-on-1 drill, sweating profusely.
11:30 am - hits the weight room for 4 hours while his teammates head to Chipotle.
1:45 pm - Writes "Hey!" on Marchand's Facebook wall after a set of squats.
4:30 pm - arrives home to give his girlfriend a kiss on the forehead, immediately heads back out to the Garden.
5:00 pm - signs every single autograph asked of him, then heads over the The Fours for an impromptu autograph session with the fans.
5:30 pm - calls down to Will Call to leave 750 tickets for anyone who needs them, "on him."
6:00 pm - Texts Marchand to see how he's doing.
6:15 pm - Calls mom and dad.
6:30 pm - Buys NHL36 camera crew dinner from Del Friscos, delivered.
7:00 pm - Game begins; dominates the defensive end to Jack Edwards' delight, and assists on two Marchand goals. Feels ecstatic to see his buddy on the scoresheet.
9:45 pm - Fields any and all questions from reporters with graciousness and class. Offers to take Haggs out for a few beers when this is all over.
10:15 pm - Arrives home with flowers and chocolate for his girlfriend.
10:30 pm - Watches Grey's Anatomy on DVR with his girlfriend, even though he secretly hates it.
11:29 pm - Skype's Marchand to say goodnight -- no answer.
11:30 pm - bedtime.

Bergeron is the modern day Don Marcotte...a complete forward, as competitive and driven as they come, but quietly goes about his business, far more valuable to Boston than he is around the rest of the NHL, will be a Bruin for life.

Bergy does have a sense of humor, often heard on his 98.5 interviews, but I'm curious to see if any of that comes out in this program. I'll be watching either way.

You forgot to add in an entry about Bergeron sitting down with Rosetta Stone to learn an extra language so he can beat Zdeno Chara out as the team's unofficial international translator

Well done Reidy.

"dominates every single 1 on 1 drill, sweating profusely," was my favorite, had me cracking up.

I'm looking forward to this.
