We need some wins in a hurry before "quick draw" Gauthier pulls the trigger on a Gorges, Subban,or Eller trade, then we are completely screwed!

Glad to see some fans still gives a damn about a habs game.

Play it like you mean it and wins will happen.

Go Habs Go.

I guess some don't see it that way and love fighting for 8th every year except that odd season every 10 years

As for the game I agree, we are either going to make a push or are going to be sellers

I think the biggest game of the year has already come and gone. I dont expect playoffs at this point and I'm watching games alot more casually than I'm used to

Our next series of 10 games is definitely our most important. Going all the way to mid january, we should know at the end of it whether we should be sellers or buyers.
Yeah, the team itself has very little to do with it, the coach that was thrown to the wolves is to blame

without question a crucial one.. Its simple, we lose, season is over, we win and we still can dream about the possibility to make the playoffs..

We win five in a row and you're cheering for them to win the Cup. Bipolar.

It's the first game in about two weeks that I'm really anxious for. They have a nice chance to redeem themselves, if they fail, the panic button will need to be replaced.

Exactly. That's why I thought the last few days was an opportune time to get over our negative attitude and have a new start.

A really unexpected outcome tonight would be a loss similar to last game, that would be very disapointing.

Win or lose, the players gotta give an honorable effort.

It is the biggest game of the year in the sense that they've got to start building a momentum now.

Part of the process was to hit rock bottom.

It will indeed be an interesting game. I kinda expect a type of game we'll win despite losing by 1 or 2 goals in the first intermission.

Maybe I should have expressed myself a little better. I don't think we would have lost those same 4 games if we were still playing under Martin.
The line matching of RC is quite horrible.
But sure, when you speculate, you can go into any type of direction you want. So you can say we'd still be 0-4 under Martin.

I'm not blaming RC though, he was placed in a no win position imo.

I agree, tonight is the biggest game of the season thus far and there's no denying it.

Rooting for a tank is absolutely ridiculous, no matter how bad things look you want your franchise to have a winning attitude and not give up in the face of adversity.

I'll be watching intently tonight, and the rest of you should as well. We've seen what our boys can do at their best, now let's hope they can perform to those standards from now on. Good luck tonight.

again maybe i'm nitpicking but why is cammalleri tweeting this **** 2 1/2 hours before a game?
dude seems to be more concerned with making cash, promoting etc...than focusing on hockey - certainly seems that way the way he's played this year

Maybe it's someone retweeting something on his behalf?

I am doubting the team's ability to play over .600 the rest of the way, so I doubt we'll see an important game again this year.

so if habs lose tonight, what happens first:

1) Gauthier is officially kicked to the curb
2) a big trade comes down at midnight, with Geoff, again signing of on ghost's ability to make smart hockey decisions
