Trotz just said that Klein is doing good but is "doubtful" for tonight. Also said that he will be pairing up Suter/Josi against the Heatley/Koivu line.

Has Klein really been out with the flu?

Trotzy is pulling a BB and not really telling us what the injury is so that Poile won't have to pay a premium price for the defenseman we are getting.

Course, I am surprised DP hasn't already traded for a dman.

Gonna get our ***** spanked by a superior team tonight.

even with our young defense, it is still better than minnesotas. I think/hope we have a kinda get healthy game tonight. 10 ES goals against is not predator hockey. I would look to give up no more than 2 tonight and we double that with our guys.

We're 15 hours past the end of the roster freeze. Everyone knows we need a d-man ... let's see if Poile can find one without gutting the rest of the roster.

Suter-Josi

Hope the kids bring the energy tonight. They might not have the experience, but they all want to look good for the coach. Could be a big night tonight for some of the younger ones with a sliding Wild team.

This will either be a great win, or a horrible loss. I'm excited to see the kids though. Ellis looked good on the PP.

Clutterbuck - Koivu - Heatly
Palmer - Cullen - Bouchard
Johnson - Brodziak - Powe
Gillies - Peters - Staubitz

Schultz - Lundin
Zidlicky - Falk
Prosser - Scandella

harding
backstrom

this is what they are rolling with tonight. Would yuo take that D over ours, even right now? would you take harding over pekka? would you take their bottom six over ours? would you take their second line ove the legwand line? the only advantage they seem to have is their top line. It is good, but they do have their tootoo with hands on it. I am sorry, I just don't get the wet with puddles fear some of you have with them.

Our D held it's own pretty well against the Wings. The forwards didn't do their job in their own end. We're catching a beatable Wild team tonight ... just need to stay in our system.

Looks like you're not the only one trying out a different mojo...

I think he's trying to get back the good vibes from a year ago with the new helmet.

Peks playing like Peks would certainly help our current situation.
