I sometimes use this strategy playing NHL 09.

Was he watching the world juniors and this brain flash happened? Nice to see our staff had no idea what to do and is now throwing whatever they can against the wall to see if something sticks.

Come on, that's EXACTLY the place where SHOULD be playing. Get real if you think Cammalleri will stop playing the PP.

I don't think we should be this hard... Sure, Cunneyworth's debut didn't look so good, but he has been head coach for what, 3 games? Give him time to implement his vision.

"Randy Cunneyworth took advantage of the opportunity to try something different. Monday morning’s power play drills had a new look to them, with one player on the point, three in the middle of the zone and another parked in front of the net."

I'm not sure that's an umbrella PP. That's more like Guy Boucher's 1-3-1. An umbrella has 3 high with 2 in front of the net.

Mister Anderson was in the nets until he took an arrow powerplay to the knee

I don't care who the coach is but when he is 4 games in and is now just trying anything and everything it doesn't bode well. I know RC is just short term replacement but damn.

he's only had 2 full practices before the ottawa game and he implemented changes on that second practice.

obviously the 1st practice would of been awkward and game day practices are not times for major changes....

give him a break

I know right, RC should have just pressed a button to automatically change our PP system. Why wait until he had time to practice it properly. I'm able to do it while playing NHL 12, so why can't RC?
