Expecting to see some movement, big win last night over poor little ottawa and everything is fine, i guess. I don't expect it is, even bad teams win once in a while.
Hopefully the habs will be dumping cammy, campoli, gill and gionta soon.
Turris looks good of ottawa, i'm sure pg had his chance.

Turris didn't look good. And I don't think PG is there for very long, so I don't think he'll be making any trades.

You want Gauthier making trades? I'm scared to death we end up playing reasonably well the next couple of games and he decides to move our first for some additional support. Not that I am necessarily against the team playing well but I feel our pick should be about as untouchable as Price. Therefore, no news is good news in my book.

Haha honestly I just don't know what I want when it comes to trades right now.

trade to get picks, and help future management to build their own vision of things? (without moving big names)

trade to spare cap space? (don't think this will happen, being in the shoes of the guy that takes the decisions, whoever it is)

trade to get a physical 4th liner and complement white when he returns? (that's the msot probable scenario imo)

No moves? It's probable since PG is apparently handcuffed. The organization would go with the "let's see where this team can lead us and hope for the best" route.

In the interest of most fans, since there are the pro-tankers and the believers, I don't think there will be a big move. That might be a different story at the trade deadline though.

Cammalleri, Campoli and Gill might be traded and as for Gionta, he is not going anywhere and is here until he retires (as the captain of the team).

As for others...

I can see Kostitsyn, Moen, Diaz and Weber traded too.

Turris was invisible last night. Ottawa overpaid for him.
