Sitting on my couch with my fiancee, dog and some beer... I had every intention of going to the game, but I cannot justify the cost of tickets right now. Not to mention the food/transportation and all that... My couch has great sightlines too.

Now you know why that slash hurt him so much in the Philly game.... That was his Christmas tree carrying shoulder...

Watching it on our 60something inch flatscreen with a keg of Yuengling and dozens of wings.

Yeah, I'm starting to come around on Rupp. He really plays up to his role when he's on the ice.

Sounds nice. Im thinking about heading to AC and finding a good bar to watch it at. I was in AC when the flyers were in the Stanley cup..flyer fans everywhere and their faces after game 6 was priceless. Made me forget about all the money I pissed away

The christmas party bit was gold. And Gabby mumbling stuff while carrying the three had me rolling.

Great episode.

I'll be in Philly bar hopping with some fellow Ranger fans and meeting up with some Flyer fans there as well.

We're trying to wear terrible-in-an-awesome way/old jerseys. I'll be rocking a Sandy McCarthy, and my other friends will be wearing Fleury, Purinton, and Bure. Reminiscing over the dark years.

Am in the UK for a week. I've found a cable channel that is airing it

As a warm up I'm going to watch a British Hockey game tonight - Hull Stingray vs Nottingham Panthers. I think I might take my skates and try to get a game.

Car. Even with gas, tolls, and parking, it's cheaper. I'm gonna be in 303

Wish I was going but couldn't justify it.

But grabbing pizza, beer, and watching in HD on my 110" projector from my couch is a nice alternative.

You guys are very lucky to be attending. Hope everybody has tons of fun.

On the other hand, why haven't the rangers announced a viewing party? I have to think there's going to be something in the city for the game

My buddy and podcast partner was going to fly up from Georgia, but we decided **** it, we didn't want to spend a crap ton of money to be in Philly with mediocre seats. He's coming up two weeks later for the Preds/Rangers game at the Garden, 4 rows off the ice. Anyone interested in our podcast, go to http://www.puckoffshow.com. Shameless self promotion I know.

Yea? Cheaper? I was thinking about taking the train from Newark then switching at Trenton to Philly. It's like 11 dollars each way.
