just in time to be traded by the deadline. The team needs Zuke to come back and help CT but to also be a trade piece
Hope the team staff thinking like you, and that he is healthy after 6 weeks, not a minute longer.
Norwegian hockey desperately nead him in the big league.
So has anyone here seen JAM play? How has he looked?
I randomly stumbled onto his stats today, I was really surprised to see him doing so well. Not doubting his talent, but historically lots of undrafted guys who dominate the QMJHL as overagers usually have brief stints in the AHL/ECHL and then disappear.
Does it look like there is some potential there? Or has it been luck?
shame on you; nyr2k2 spends a couple of hours, 2x a week I believe, posting/updating stats on 1st page and you are stumbling around? You need to visit 1st page more often

He's 20 years old and playing like he's 25. Very good hockey sense and even though he's a better passer than shooter, he manages to get himself in position for a lot of tap ins. Makes smart plays with the puck, good movement without it and he reads the ice very well.
He needs to be stronger to play in the NHL, but he's still just a kid and can gain a lot more muscle. I'm a huge fan.
I think he'll get a to-way deal next season, and he might even get a shot. I'm not saying he's going to be the next MSL, but he could manage to land himself an NHL career.
My one consern is his size. He can't play in a checking line and I'm not sure he'll ever be good enough to fit in a scoring line. Most likely he'll become a career AHL'er getting a few games a season to cover injuries.
If he is back from injury late january, and continue where he was before he was injured, Zucca can be traded before the deadline?
I have no doubt if healthy he is moved. Ideally in a package for a rental d or lw. Canes may be a good fit for rutuu or Allen or Gleason . Add a 2nd w Zune and its a good deadline offer
Missiaen started off shaky to say the lease. He's improved a lot just in this season. He didn't get to play a whole lot with Injuries and being behind Riopel. Now he has 3 Shutouts and has rivaled Riopel for the startling job IMO. I do worry about his rebound control to an extent. I think he'll get some games in CT but be back in Greenville only 21 years old this guy is proving he can play at a solid level.
Anyone else think Talbot will be sent down? Some people in Greenville think so. I know Coach Stork said we might be getting him or Missiaen before the season. (Obviously we didn't get him then) His stats look good though not sure why they'd send him down so I'm kinda not sold on that. Regardless with Riopel up in Bridgeport we'll be scrambling to get an goalie for Tomorrow , wish us luck CT and NYR fans!
Haven't heard anything about an injury. They never carry three goalies unless that's the case. Maybe someone tweaked something and they are unsure about status for upcoming games.
I watched him play tonight for Nottingham Panthers vs Hull Stingray in the British Elite league. He scored a goal (right after fanning on an open goal), and generally played ok - but the standard is really low.
