Yeah, I find it funny because 80% of the opinions expressed here are regurgitation's of what was said on these shows. Then some of these folks say these guys are clowns and are among the other 20% and yet still watch them.

I've come to the conclusion that 90% of the people here watch them and a huge number of the ones that do are easily influenced by these shows as well.

Does 4chan actually sink so low to the point of prank calling and phone harassing people?

Yeah but I thought it was mostly internet pranks and not so much real life stuff, though I've heard some of their stuff has gone pretty far in the past.

Now I see no reasons to watch the remaining 40+ games. Damn you Damphousse!

I don't think they are done...but it puts them in a tough spot.

Good news: There are 3 teams at 41 that are only 6 points ahead.

Bad news: 1-they have to pass 5 teams to get in 2-gaining 6 points with the OTL/SOL points is not very easy.

They have 44 games left so there is time...I think the next 6 games will go a long way towards determining their fate: at Florida vs Win vs TB vs St.L at Bos Vs Ott That's a relatively easy 10 of 12 points if they play well(like before the 2nd goal last night). If they can get 8-9 points they can gain a bit of ground to possibly 2-3 points. If they only get 5-6 points then it slowly creeps away, 3-4 points and they probably fall 8-10 back.

My hope is either they get hot...then slowly start getting injured guys back providing another boost...OR they keep losing and maximise the return on some veterans and UFA's.

You forgot to look at the games played and since when its been easy to get 10/12 points for teams well below the .500 mark

You have hope, I'll give you that. The season is over and it was over long before the Tampa game. Thing is I can't remember the last time I felt the season was over this early in the season. I don't know what to do with myself.

I didn't say it would be easy to get 10 of 12 points, I said 10 of those 12 points are available if the team plays well. Plus Boston is a team we usually beat when we play well, so 10 of 12 wouldn't be miraculous, they just need a hot streak like after the first 8 games.

The leafs and devils did it last year, leafs even the year before. They missed, but came reaaally close. Question is do we see a new team or not. Id we do, we can certainly do it. And that new team is the one I think we saw in TB aside from the fluky goals and that bad faceoff. Oh and the terrible finishing after that.

Gio, White, Markov. Let's be in a good position when they come back (markov last probably) so there will be some hope for the fanbase and gloom for the tankers.

The scary part is they go on some kind of run and finish 9th or 10th. I'll be ****ing pissed. It's either they win 15 in a row and make the playoffs or finish as low as possible. I don't want to see them go on a little run like Jersey last year just to still miss out and the Devils got lucky in the lottery draft or they would have drafted 6th I believe

Game in hands are points, yes those teams have to win them but it's doesn't work in our favour. It's looking more and more that we will be out unless by miracle this team goes on at least a 10 game win streak

The more we loose, the more I think of signing up with the Legion of Tankers aka the Temple of coldasPRICE. I don't think we're that terrible, but a top 5 pick would be a life changer, and a top 10 pick would be pretty sweet too.

About time, but the content remains the same. The commentary is just bush league, just as the "fans" like it.
