Brian Boyle seems pretty gregarious

every canadian and american says '****ing right' and 'ready to go' an obscene amount of times.

The banter on the ice is disappointing, i thought they were would nicknames/funny stuff for certain players other than '****ing loser'

shame Avery got waived, there are some my thoughts

and was that Rangers guys getting the train home late at night...? Would they be bashed/mugged targeted? I had to rewind that and actually watch it again WTF?

There's an awful trend in Australia which is more or less bash a celebrity and upload it to youtube

'I have some great news and even better news. Great news--I'm not playing tomorrow. Good news--we have a chance to win'.

No way I would want this guy as our goalie but it's hard not to like him. He's ****ing funny. Reminds me of Gilles Gratton.

Based on the episodes so far, it seems the Rangers give back to their city way more than the Flyers. In each of the episodes, you see at least one scene with the Rangers hosting a charity event, or making some kid's dream come true. Props to the Rangers.

honestly i could care less because I want nothing more than embarassment and failure for that organization.

plus with all the exposure HBO is giving Bryzgalov, how foolish will they look when
the "Backup" (who hasn't been in one episode) gets the call.

Good thing they signed him for funny interviews...

Yeah, seems odd for sure. You think they'd just host it somewhere and have giveaways and whatever just to get people to come out regardless of alumni. Heck, have a viewing party in MSG. Show it on the big screen. I feel like any other city would be having a viewing party for some reason

Hopefully the flying puck will be open before 12!

Was thinking the same thing, but I think it's a bit suspect to throw him into the fire against Philthy in such an emotional game. You know fantasy-camp and Rinaldo will be trying to make an impact and the only way they can is being dirty, because they have zero skill.

Only way I'd see the rangers letting Staal play is if they knew he was ready to go a week or so ago and just gave him extra rest and knew he'd play this game.

Also, kinda have the feeling Bryzgalov WILL actually play tomorrow and that this was just some weird attempt to get the Rangers unfocused. Probably not, but there's still a chance Bryzgalov plays tomorrow....once we chase Bob.

we have celebrities???

My big question is why was the Boyle family throwing around a rugby ball at their xmas dinner, surely the majority would be into hockey?

No Staal tomorrow. McDonagh is fine.

Good news McDonagh is good to go.

What do you expect the guy to say? He is obviously disappointed with not starting and especially disappointed because its the winter classic. It just so happens to be that humor is his way of coping.you got to admit that he displayed a positive attitude when he said the "better news" was that the flyers have a better chance of winning. On the other hand I totally agree with you on him acting foolish during interviews. You would think that the flyers management would give him the hint to stop volunteering for these interviews haha

Because Mrs. Boyle probably wouldn't be too happy about them busting out their sticks and pucks.

Honestly, who cares? They're an athletic family, I'm sure they like many sports.

What has he said that's so foolish? He's a funny guy and clearly one that likes to think about stuff other than hockey. I don't buy anything about him not taking his job seriously though.
