Richards on After Hours (video)

This is the link to Mike Richards on HNIC After Hours tonight. He comes on at about the 7:20 mark.
Good interview, he's very well spoken and veyr humble (he totally deflected being voted as Captain of the World Cup juniors team that was one of the most talented ever assembled)
Anyway, it's pretty good

Check out the photo at 24 and half minute mark of him about age 7 or so in his Kings uniform (White silver and black,m just like now)

Love how they rattle off his accomplishments and he says he got lucky! He's very humble like a lot of hockey players and it was nice to see him relatively relaxed. We never saw anything like this from the Philly media so good job Scott Oakes and Cassie Campbell. Did they show the montage of after hours clips at the end of the above link? Some of them were hilarious, especially the one with Boudreau!

The skit with Ron MacLean and the Vancouver couple that was kissing during the riots was awesome, too!

Is it me or is their something really blue-collar about Mike that is relatable to the average person?

Finally got to watch the whole thing. I laughed when he mentioned his acting skills in the commercials in Philly. However, I look forward to the day that he no longer has to talk about Philadelphia because he's too busy talking about all the cups he's won in LA instead

To me he's just some guy from Kenora that plays hockey better than me
