ok time for bg to start wheeling

Another game another loss and we decide to sit hossa and play sundstrom?????

MIKE COMRIE certainly would not hurt this team and Lowe wants to trade him to the east exclusively!!!!

Lets start the push now.
Hell lets even go after Lemieux, claude that is

No dealing - just wheeling. Toss the dead weight into the press box and bring in the likes of Higgins, Plekanec, Komisarek and Hainsey. There's enough of a decent "veteran" core to help them along.

Have the Caps and other lower ranking teams hit the panic button yet? NO, so why should we.

I know we have dead weight and that we are in a slump, but we don't have the players or lower salaries teams are looking for in trades. The only valuable assets for trade we have are our rookies, prospects or best players in Theo, Souray and Koivu and with out them we aren't any better are we.

If you can make a big salary or salaries disapear in a trade and bring in another player(s) that can turn this team around please feel free to email it to Bob Gainey.

Does trading your captain constitute as panicking?

There is no way the Habs can make the playoffs this year IMO. Yes, anything can happen but realistically its not likely.

The Habs should play their younger guys. Its a win-win situation. Young guys get valuable experience and the team gets a high-draft pick in the next draft. The fans will be loyal to the end so there is no need to worry their.

Guys like Juneau, Dackell, Quintal, Audette etc need to be moved, if possible of course, so the young guys can play. I know the objective is to win games but, for the future, the Habs should look at this more closely.

I totaly agree with you. Im sick and tired of the way that these veterans play. Gutless effort every night. Maybe not every night but you no my point. If were going to loose alot more games like we did tonight vs edmonton or newyork or phili or ottawa, I wretter give are furture the experience now not when there 24. Dont forget if theres a lock-out next year its going to hurt guys like komisarek,Higgins etc.

Here a long shot but imo Gainey should get fedor fedorov from vancouver. Hes 6-3 or something like that. I think we could get him for sheep and could be a project down the road. Clearly I dont think the canuks have him in theire plans and last year when manitoba came to hamilton I went to couple of games that I saw him in he looked pretty good with a good ice vission.

Why? You would not want this monster coming full speed to the net? At least we could ask him to hit some of our player who could use a wake up call...

Yeah and then get Valeri Bure back...what the heck, we can also get Steve Kariya, Wayne Primeau and Jarkko Ruutu, imagine these lines:
Hossa-Fedorov-Bure
Kariya-Ruutu-Primeau

And just for kicks get Rob Neidermayer (playing him on defence of course)

Seriously though, if he's under 24, I wouldn't mind seeing the habs giving him a shot.
