Say I'm late to the party but I am seriously starting to hate Lundqvist. You just knew that 2 goals wouldn't be enough.

Outdoor games are like shootouts to the Flyers, seemingly unwinable.

That puck was practically in the back of the net. A penalty shot just isn't good enough sigh.

If this is on regular ice, Briere dekes.

On this ice, he shoots. If he had of deked and lost control of the puck because of the ice, this place would have blown up and people would be telling Briere to shoot

It was a heck of a game and a heck of an exciting finish.....Henrik was the difference, he gave up 1 less goal than BOB.

That was an awesome game. It's a shame that the difference ended up being one weak goal let in by Bobrovsky. Imagine how loud the stadium would have been if Briere had scored. Man, I feel terrible about the loss, but it was a fun game to watch.

Ref job was pretty crappy to our benefit. It's only two points in the standings. the difference in this game was goaltending. Some teams have it. We don't.

Guys, I have great news and even better news.

Okay, Great news is Flyers won't play in Winter Classic for a while. Good news is they won't lose them by 1 goal again.

Briere has been awful all season. I hope people jump off the "bob is our saviour" bandwagon now aswell.

Classic overreaction. Chill man. We lost two points. It will happen again. But we will also win more of those opportunities than we will lose. This is just a spectacle made out of one regular season game. Sheesh.

Eh. No goalie in the world better in shootouts than Lundquist. I'm not surprised Briere got the chance. I'm more annoyed that he couldn't finish the initial chance, to be honest.

Whatever. At the beginning of the year, I thought this team would end up somewhere between 4 and 6 in the East. Despite the strong start to the season, I think that's where they belong right now--particularly given the inconsistency in goal and on the blueline.

So we should just not play the rest of the year then. Oh well, we lost the WC let's all go home guys the season is over. Please... The rangers are garbage saved by a good goaltender. You take this game and all the hype that went with it and flush it. Still a lot more hockey to play.

go ***** yourselves

you're going to blame danny briere because the entire game rested on his shoulders with 19 seconds left trying to score against a goaltender who has made our offense look pathetic in the last 3 games

you people probably would have been puking on the ice in his position

stop blaming the forwards you a**holes
