It's Betting Time (next non-suspended cheapshot)

So far we have the following list...

Latendresse
Falk
Clutterbuck
Bouchard
Spurgeon

Who gets it next?

I'm saying Clutterbuck goes for round 2.

It's definitely going to be Cullen. That guy couldn't buy a call if he offered his entire salary.

Inb4thelock. Heh, kidding.

I am betting on Brodziak getting a bad slewfoot that goes unpunished. I have a knack for getting these things wrong so that is why I am saying this.

I'm saying Brodziak will be hurt by a cheap shot targeting the head.

I'm thinking it happens tonight. Tootoo takes out Clutter with a charging head shot.

It would have to be a different Pred for it to go unsuspended IMO. Tootoo hardly gets away with anything.

I think Cullen likely gets taken down on one of those breaks where the puck is taken away from behind "cleanly". Wont even get a penalty and he'll go headfirst into either the board or post.

Clutter will get suspended for 3 games for hitting from behind. Next suspension will be on us, not them.

One of our players - gonna say Johnson or Brodziak - are going to get a lengthy suspension for a hit identical to the McLeod hit on Spurgeon.

If its on one of ours, I'm gonna say Sawdust. He'll have an "everyone else is doing it, why cant we?" moment.

If it's one of ours, it will be someone small (like Butch) for "bumping" the goalie behind the net like Shanaban ignored when Drew Miller did it, then later declared that a hit exactly identical to Drew Miller's would draw a multi-game suspension.

The nutjob wouldn't suspend Staubitz, he'd get someone who would be a significant loss to the team.

Thats probably true.

And if that is indeed the case, we need to start using Staubitz like a guided sack of hurt.

Cullen should be added to the original list for that last-second-flying-elbow by... I forgot who (still in the forgiving holiday spirit).

Something bad is bound to happen to Brodz and Heater. They are like the only two players that nothing bad happened to yet.

this. I bet it will be drastic too. More like 8 games instead of 3.

I'm just going to be both shocked and dismayed if it takes a Torres being Torres borderline hit to draw a suspension rather than the "eat the boards face first" crap that weve seen so much lately.

I think it was understandable he would get some games considering what happened last week.

Well his two game suspension should have shocked and dismayed you.

It looks like Carcillo got 7 games for his hit.

Shanahan is as inconsistent as the weather.
