Let's say, for a quick second, that there is a remote possibly that he might be interviewing or trying it out.
Do you really expect him to say " I am here to see of I want the asst coach job, they want a change from the current PP and with my experience with Darryl Sutter , I think they is a stepping stone back in to the NHL"
Also remember Kompon is still employed the org and Bernie would presumably be taking his job.
He did the same thing in SJ and wasn't hired as an assistant coach, he knows what the job would be. He likes consulting. Nothing wrong with that. Even if Bernie doesn't want the job, Kompon should have been fired already. I would welcome Bernie as the PP/forward coach. Maybe as a player/coach.

Hammond now says that the Kings didn't ask Bernie to come to LA and help, they said he just happened to be in town. Bernie then tells the media that Sutter called him and asked him to come to LA.

Why do the Kings do everything the hard way?

Hopefully he told Johnson to stop shooting from the point and have it go 20 feet wide.

Since Herby declared myself the "Tony Robbins" of HF boards, I'm going to give the team motivational speeches for the rest of the season as well.

Start with the fire walk. Then a viewing of "Shallow Hal"

That was awesome. My favorite as well, and you were a great sport. I'll never forget that :-)

LBFF is in rare form. I like it.

I also like seeing JDM again.

And the pumpernicholl.

It's a good day.

I had the thread bookmarked but I lost the link. I'll dig it back up one of these days via google search. This site's search is broken.

It was priceless. It involved a wager on whether the Kings would be within a certain point range. Some folks' definitions of what fell within a 60 point range, for example, were... erm... interesting. Mathmeticians got involved and next thing you know we have this forum's version of "THIS IS OUT HOUSE!"
