1987 Rangers-Bruins on NESN
I'm a Bruins fan who lives near Boston. Last night, New England Sports Network(NESN) replayed the Rangers-Bruins game from December 3, 1987, the night when Ray Bourque took off his #7 jersey on Phil Esposito Night. I attended that game and while the memory of Bourque and Espo is great, I watched the game to remind myself how good NHL hockey was in the 80's. Even though the Rangers and Bruins were playing on the smaller Boston Garden ice, the game looks lightning quick compared to the bogged-down games of today's NHL. The names in that game should rekindle a lot of memories for you guys: Kelly Kisio, Ron Greschner, John Ogrodnick, James Patrick, The Beezer and, of course, the great one himself, Ron Duguay.

Careful, not knowing Melnyk is sure to bring you under the power of his dark cloud!!!
