Wasn't he back out on a shift after the shoulder bump there? Someone was trying to send him on a break away... it looked liked him or maybe that was gabby with the speed. hehe.
Just came back from the Garden. What a blast to see Slick Willy (my favorite president ever, as a Poli Sci major ). 1st period was sluggish, but then Gaborik said **** it and started making things happen every shift. Guy is a thrill to watch. All around good game, could've been better, but good teams find ways to win games even if they don't dominate the scoreboard. Also BR and especially Dubi are back.
Dubi played a great game. He has really turned it on.

Went to the game tonight, decent atmosphere considering we were playing the Panthers. I think the high from winning the Winter Classic carried over and there was an added intensity from how the Panthers game ended last week.
As others have mentioned, Dubinsky was flying tonight. He was our best and most consistent forward. That line has an added zip that it didn't have before and was dominant for much of the game.
Gaborik was quiet until the 3rd period when he really turned on the jets. His dekes don't always work but he was pulling them off with ease tonight. Very fitting that he scored the game winner.
Also, Rupp was good, he was getting involved offensively more than he has in the past. The 2 goals he scored in the Winter Classic definitely gave him a boost of confidence.
Just saw the game after getting back from Yuma, Arizona - how's the weather in NY (LOL), it was 80 and sunny in Yuma (of course, you can get back at me in July when it's 122 and humid at 8 PM! Anyway, this is a good team. This was a classic trap game - home between road games at Philly and Pitts with Boston coming up soon, and they completely dominated after the first five minutes. The last part of the game, it looked like Florida (not us for a change) was playing to get to OT and probably a shootout to go against Biron, who was weak.
POTG: 1. Gaborik
2. Dubinsky
3. Richards
Also notable - Callahan, Del Zotto, Fedotenko
Not so good - Hagelin had a tough game, Prust (he needs to try to take a shot), Anisimov (he'd be super if he'd just do everything a bit quicker, stop overthinking the game).
