Letestu - Broken Hand / Ryan Russell recalled

Letestu out with broken hand. Jeebus.

Quote:
Aaron Portzline @Aportzline
#CBJ C Mark Letestu suffered broken right hand on hit by #SJSharks Douglas Murray. He's headed back to Columbus on Friday, likely out weeks.
Ryan Russell recalled from Springfield.

I'd be curious as to how the number of games lost by CBJ players compares around the league. Not searching for more excuses, but it does seem like a surprisingly high number to me for some reason.

Also, DAMNIT.

Thanks, Howson, for cleaning up MacLean's toxic waste. Welcome, Kekalainen; let's get good things built!

It's gotta be way up there considering just Dekanich, Martinek and Huselius's injuries.

It is a pity I hope Mark will be right soon.

I would prefer Mayorov and Atkinson over Kubalík but... Tomáš will play in the front of the net what is our problem.

Prospal--Vermette--Kubalík

Too bad for him, but it's the chance for someone else to step up.

This is a solid component of a proper tank.

The Craig Patrick hiring is paying off already.

Take that, Anaheim.

Ryan Russell ??????? For the love of Gordie Howe, Ryan friggin Russell !!! Career AHLer !!!! Ok, they must be going for the complete tank. I know, I know, Arniel is looking for another shut down 4th liner with no known NHL level offensive upside. Kubalik might actually score and that would mess things up.

Was thinking the same thing.

I guess since Arniel Already replaced Letestu with Boll Russell is just the replacement for Boll's spot.

Russell? I dont understand why? We need a skill but he has AHL skill. Than we need a player in the front of the net... why not Kubalík or Mayorov?

I'm so done with Mayorov it isn't even funny. If it works out some point down the line, fine. But I've lost any desire to watch him play at the NHL level.

I rarely see anything resembling special play from this guy.

At least with the other Russell I still have some curiosity.

EDIT:
Gentle nudge over. Took out all the crap posting about posters instead of the thread topic and I see we're back down to less than a page. No I didn' infract anyone. Will from now on - regardless of the color of your user name. Keep it on topic.
