RT @TSNBobMcKenzie: ANA's Andrew Gordon and Matt Smaby clear waivers. FLA's Bill Thomas and PHI's Matt Walker on waivers.

Get claimed.
I find it doubtful that anybody would give up anything considering his cap hit, and the extra contract space could be nice.

Kimmo day-to-day, Walker on waivers... This means either Gus is back or a trade is close?

RT @BroadStHockey: How good is Matt Walker at hockey? As the 7th defenseman, he gets waived when a defenseman gets hurt.

Insurance 7th d for those road games, and they probably felt a bit unsure how Bourdon and Marshall would handle the NHL.

True! As per last game alone, he's on pace for another 88 goals from now until the end of the regular season. Just imagine when he turns it up a notch for the playoffs....scary!
