Did MDZ get benched or hurt in the last few minutes?

Henrik, Henrik and Henrik.

Oh and Cally and Dubi too.

The Pens dominated this game big time, but that idiot Steigenfelderschnitzel never once mentioned that the Rangers were playing the 2nd of back to back and 3rd in 5 nights while the Pens had 5 1/2 friggin days off.

He just kept going on and on and on about how great the Pens were, and then out of nowhere, Richards scored and you could feel his heart sink. He knew what was coming.

To his credit though, both he and Errey were engaged in a massive love-in with Henrik. It was kinda surprising actually. Then they started new mancrushes on Dubinsky and Callahan and that lasted for about 20 mins.

It wasnt pretty but you take the win.

1. Henrik
2. McDonagh
3. Cally - good all over the ice

I just really a thought a lot about how good the defensive side of the game was tonight. McD played a great game and so did the entire team in keeping second chances for the Pengies down.

Edit: I say that in spite of the shot count, because I thought things were managed very well.

Henrik

Then the Entire Defense

What a great game - to shut down such a talented team.

Twist and Shout by the Beatles.

Also, if we win on Tuesday, it will be the first time since the 1991-92 season that we had four five-game winning streaks in the same season.

We play today,we win today.

MDZ was on the bench. It appeared Mike Sullivan wanted to give Staal a few more minutes. Staal played the 4 on 4 with Stralman.

Staalsy is looking good. Haven't seen his TOI but he saw key minutes at the end.

Won a game where we played poorly. Can't play great hockey every night though. It's the mark of a good team.

And I just looked and the Rangers never had five five-game winning streaks in the same season. We have plenty of time to change that.

You're assuming we're going to lose at some point.

This is still so alien to me. No team that I'm a fan of has ever strung together this many wins in bunches.
