As much as we complain about Erat's circling ... he kept things moving and forced the box to react to him a couple of times ... aggravating while we wait, but, it worked.

The other thing it does - and the constant passing does this, as well - is wear out the opposing PK unit. Every time you force them to move their feet, you're sapping a little bit of their energy, and they start getting sluggish after about 30-45 seconds of sustained puck control and movement. That's a big reason why the Fisher goal happened: nobody was moving quickly enough to react to the play in the slot.
If we come out with the same intensity in the third as we did in the first two periods, we've got this. They can't handle our forecheck.
