LOL this guy... I love Samuelsson. I wish he could be the third member of the Canucks broadcast team or something.

Also, was Hodgson centering Kesler and Raymond near the end with Kesler taking faceoffs, or was he on the wing?

On a side note, Andrew Alberts has played pretty well this season. Especially since he's gotten more games since the injuries on D.

He's gotten into a Rhythm and is a decent bottom pairing Dman.

Barely 1st in the West. Detroit has 2 games on us, San Jose has a half dozen almost. St. Louis also has 2.

Playing at home and having last change so we can match will be nice to have back. Booth will be a pleasant welcoming as well, can't wait until he's back so we can have crazy depth again.

And? Check out the OT points for San Jose and Chicago. Not pretty.

Points % is still really close, and the Canucks always play better at home. Chicago is going on a baby slide for awhile, Detroit struggles mightily on the road, and SJ isn't as scary to me this year as they were last year.

Detroit is sub .500 on the road.

There is no such thing as home ice advantage for the Sharks in the playoffs

I mean, the Red Wings lost to the Leafs. Now that is terrible.

The game was slow, even when using the FFWD on my DVR.

Hope so. The guy is clearly the Canucks' smartest and most talented player after the Sedins. Good puck handling, good vision and playmaking, and a great shot. He's a weapon that I'm hoping the Canucks use in an increased role when they're struggling. However, when the team is firing on all cylinders it's nice to have him anchoring the 3rd line.

Kinda OT: It's widely known that having quality and depth at the center position plays a huge role in the success - short term and long term - of an organization and it's one of the biggest reasons why the Canucks are going to continue to have success for a long time. To have a home grown top 3 center trio of Henrik Sedin, Ryan Kesler and Cody Hodgson is just such a luxury and it's one of my favourite aspects of this team.

Beat STL on this road trip, beat SJ at home on the 21st, beat Detroit twice in February, problem solved.

Also, stop worrying man, it's January, and we still have lengthy home-stands to play yet.

Elliot's starting to play down to Earth again. St. Louis hasn't faced us since we went on a tear.

Btw.. get ready to fall asleep again on Thursday vs the Blues.

Cant stand the crap lighting in that building and that lame chant "Leets Go BLEWWWWS" at every whistle.

Our EASHL games were more entertaining. Especially with your MPT wraparound.

At least it's not 'Let's go SHAAA-AAARKS'. Something about the chant bugs me, probably because they try and make Sharks into a two syllable word and it just gets funky. Funky bad.

WTF yo, I do that maybe once every 20 games. MPT would try that 5 times a game.

You do it about once every 3 games. If you pinch down the boards, it's COMING! I love it though

Yeah, "Go Sharks Go" would probably be a better chant for them.

I forgot to add that any team that uses Gary Glitter as a goal song too. I hate them.

I'm gonna do it more now that you mention it. Starting tonight. First time I get the puck off the right wall.

Ew.

Doesn't match San Jose and playing the ****ing Jaws theme everytime they go on Powerplay. Makes me want to gouge out my eyes.

That and the papier mache sharks head. Same issue with the Preds. This isn't NFL, or a third grade art class. Stop with the crafts please.

It's a shame that the Oilers caught on and use the stupid Oil Rig and the "OCTANE GiRLS"

Any hockey team that has skanky ice girls frustrate me. This isn't foot ball, you don't need cheerleaders. LA, Chicago, Edmonton I all know have them. Not sure about the others.

Vancouver's don't bother me solely because they're wearing more than 3 square inches of material.
