It's his job to prefer that want to know where the money is going. How many of the players' union were interested in playing for Montreal? How many of them were sad that the Expos left? Fehr is one of the most selfish guy i've ever seen. The MLB owners pretty crawled to his whims. The guy didn't give a ****.

feed me here, but wouldn't it be more logical / financially viable to have a NFL team?

If it sounds funny / foolish, I'm sorry. I'm extremely illiterate in any sports that is not hockey.

It probably would but since the NFL has snubbed Toronto many times it's not likely that they would expand to Canada.

I can't see it happening, the NFL would sooner expand to London before Canada. Of the professional leagues, I'd say NFL is the least likely to ever reach Montreal.

Selig just signed an extension, I guess we can lock this one up.

Why should Fehr and the players care one way or the other? It's not his job to decide where franchises come and go.

You want to blame somebody, blame the Bronfmans for selling, blame Claude Brochu for buying and blame Bud Selig for not wanting to keep the team there.
