Given Tampa's lousy defense/goaltending and how the Sedins generally bounce back after being held scoreless, this could be a good game.

I actually have Garon in my hockey pool along with Luongo and Schneider. Garon has shown signs of life over the past two weeks. Roloson is hopeless.

I would expect Garon to start because of his better play, but I agree he's not quite up to stopping the Sedin line.

LOL, lots of interest in this one. GDT around 3 hours before game time; four posts into it.

Anyways, expect a bounce back game, Tampa has real defensive and goaltending problems so we should be able to capitalize on that.

Is TB still playing the same trap style like they did at home against Philly?

Feel good with Schneider in nets.

Cody Hodgson will be the tonic to our mid-season doldrums.

Has Schneider been confirmed for this game?

Hopefully they will play better than last night, that 2nd period was just abysmal, looking back, it really wasn't worth loosing sleep over. But on the other hand, bad hockey is still better than no hockey.

This is pre-game yesterday.

Not hard to figure out why they were way too laid back for the game.

Please be an entertaining game. The game against Florida was so boring. A much better effort tonight w/o an awful second would be nice.
Go Canucks!

Should be a high scoring game, especially since Tampa's D sucks.

Tampa's GDT is predicting a complete blowout by us...I have a feeling we'll throw this one away again...

AV starts Schneider for Yzerman to see his performance? Perhaps

But anyways, I hope they do better than last night.

If we lose today, it will be: Canucks win in Boston and then go 1-3-0 on the road trip. Cuz I don't think we will win in St. Luois.

I've noticed quite a few Bruins fans wanting the Canucks opponents to win the game ever since the Canucks beat them on Saturday.

So watching hockey with my gf has gotten really annoying. She'll basicaly predict the end of every game she sits down and watches.
Last night she said the Canucks would score around the 3 minute mark, we scored at 3:11...And right after that she said that was the only goal the Canucks will score and that they would lose, Which they obviously did 2-1.

I'll post her predictions just as the game starts and we'll see how good at this she is when there is pressure

Edit: Prediciton has come early. She thinks the Canucks are going to win and it will be a low scoring game. Possibly 1-0 and it will go to overtime.

Tampa's goalies have been terrible so of course the Canucks would make them look good.
Also Schneids is auditioning for a full time starters role so thats a good prediction

I'm already bored...

Hodgson getting another try at the wing huh? That line looked pretty dangerous in the 3rd last night, worth a try.
