Well there was that quote by Suter and Weber

Quote:
“He liked to have a good time, but he also showed up to work. He was a great teammate,” defenseman Ryan Suter said. “You hate seeing guys like that go because those are the kind of guys you really miss.”

“I don’t think there was a guy in here who had a problem with him,” Weber said. “He was a great guy in the room.”
I find it amusing that neither spoke about his actual hockey ability

Smith has potential to be, and Radulov would be.

The emergence of some of our players has made some others expendable. Borque i think can replace SK. Same goes for Ellis/Blum and Hillen, as well as Geoffrion/Spaling and Smithson. If only SK+Hillen+Smithson could get us anything on the trade market

No Crispy you are wrong. His slap shot probably is in Weber territory

I know I've done my share of hating on Ellis.....but they weren't kidding when they said he was quite a PP specialist. He's making a believer out of me.

OK thanks. Either way, any other streams would be nice, this one sucks.

Great start to the game. Colorado looks outclassed at the moment.

Just got in from work. Anyone have a stream? The one listed on the first page is showing the Flyers game.

That's what I was looking for. Proof that they obviously liked him and hated to see him go. This is more than speculation I think.
