Missed the first goal, got home in time to see the second. Nice start.

Who scored the first goal? Play by Play?

Great now we aren't getting a PP again cause it looks like referees are feeling sorry for them, clear interference on Semin, then someone else came up and grabbed him and held him on the ground.

Ovechkin wrist from the right point, Brouwer screening. At this point Brouwer is 1st star of game.

Last game, Emerick noted that the Caps have the best home PP. Crazy.

So nice to see the boys taking it right to a weak team rather than coming out soft.

Ovechkin, altho it looked like it might of been tipped by Brouwer in-front

i find it hysterical that beers market how cold they have to be before you can drink them. i.e. the beer is so bad, the only way you can drink it is if it's damn near frozen.

and people think that's an asset.

Was Ovechkins, Brouwer though had a great screen. I think Ovechkin with his wrist shot still being there and Brouwer just screening the goalie can be deadly, just let Ovechkin snipe.

Oh yeah and Widemans passes aren't crisp still...

Herp derp the Bolts are a terrible hockey team.

(Which isn't to say we can't learn to live without Green, but don't let this make you think it'll be easy at all).

What about the rangers? The penguins? All the other good teams we have beaten without him?

The Pens are terrible right now and that game was close. Rags game is a good one, that's the way they'll have to play to get it done. Have to learn to do it regularly, and more importantly learn to do it on the road.
