We're supposed to get a bunch of snow today and tonight OFD.
Edit - And that's the absolute worst weather app on the iPhone IMO.

If you have one that shows a warmer weather forecast for Edmonton, let me know.
Which app is better in your opinion? When you say worst, as in terms of predicting weather, or functionality?

Yeah I just don't think it's very accurate. I use WeatherEye which I find to be marginally better.
More often than not though, I find this website predicts things with a lot more accuracy:
http://www.weatheroffice.gc.ca/city/..._metric_e.html
I also follow Josh Classen on twitter who I think is the best meteorologist in Edmonton.
I am by no means an expert though, so if you guys have better resources you use to follow the weather, keep using them!

I also use the weatheroffice.gc.ca site as my main source of info. Find it to be the most accurate. You mentioned Weathereye. That is what I use on my PC as the desktop weather app, and it is put out by The Weather Network, which is actually the same outfit that puts out the App that is pictured above in my forecast pic. I switched from the weather.com app that came with the phone, as I didn't find the local weather predictions very accurate.

Didn't realize they were the same! Now it looks like I am just talking about of my ass!
But you're right, the weatheroffice link seems to be the best.

It's, my fault, guys. I wanted colder temperatures for better ice at the ODRs but I overdid it.

That's not crazy. Now biking in -47 wind chill with shorts on is. My friend wears shorts all year round.

As does running a Toyota. Mine always starts. I sometimes plug it in to reduce engine wear but it's not never started when not plugged in.

Where I work there are still several people who don't plug their car in. When I tell them to plug in they tell me they don't have too, their car is new or they tell me it always starts no matter how cold.

I am jealous as all Hell about the weather in Edmonton. Here in the states we've had record rain fall. I love snow... love cold. Just another part of Edmonton that makes it such an awesome city this time of year.

Can't wait until we get back to above freezing and all this crap melts. Disgusting weather. Thank god we only have to suffer through 1.5 months instead of the normal 4 months this year.
Our purchase of a winter home in California or Florida can't come soon enough.
